Your Shopify catalog, always up to date.
BulkSync turns Excel and CSV files, Google Sheets and supplier price lists into Shopify products. It creates new ones, updates existing ones and skips the ones that haven't changed, automatically if you want.
- Free plan to try it out
- Up to 14-day trial on paid plans
- Data hosted in the EU (Frankfurt)
Any source, the same result
Tell BulkSync once how to read your file and it applies that to every import, wherever the file comes from.
Excel and CSV files
Upload an .xlsx or .csv up to 50 MB. Comma or semicolon separated, US or European number formats.
All plansURLs and Google Sheets
Paste the link to a file or a shared Google Sheet: you always get the current data, nothing to export.
From StarterFTP and SFTP
Connect your supplier's server: BulkSync downloads the price list and imports it. Passwords encrypted with AES-256.
From ProOn autopilot
Schedule updates daily, hourly or every 15 minutes. You only hear about it when something goes wrong.
From StarterEverything a real catalog needs
Not just title and price: BulkSync writes almost every product and variant field to Shopify.
Variants and options
Rows with the same code become one product with its variants. Up to 3 options (Size, Color, Material), which can also be added to existing products.
Images
URLs from one cell or several columns, in order. When you change an image in the file, the old one is replaced.
Inventory per location
One column per warehouse: BulkSync activates the product at that location and sets the quantity.
Metafields and metaobjects
Product and variant metafields with definitions created automatically, plus metaobject imports.
Collections, categories, channels
Collections created if missing, Shopify taxonomy category, publishing to your sales channels.
Suppliers
Every product remembers its supplier. Products dropped from the price list can be archived, set to zero stock or deleted, with a safety threshold.
Only what changed
BulkSync remembers what it has already imported and only sends changed products to Shopify, so price list refreshes take minutes.
Row-by-row report
A CSV with file row, SKU, result and message. Fix the failed rows and import again: everything else is skipped.
Undo an import
Imported the wrong file? One click deletes the products created by that import.
Three steps, then it runs on its own
Create a template
Upload a sample file and match its columns to Shopify fields. You do this once per file format or supplier.
Check the preview
Before anything is written you see the detected products, variants, SKUs and prices. If something looks off, cancel.
Confirm and forget
The import runs in the background, so you can close the page. With a schedule, your catalog updates itself.
Built for large catalogs and many stores
The latest improvements come from real use: price lists with thousands of rows, Google Sheets edited on the fly, suppliers with imperfect files.
- Fair queueImports from different stores move forward together: a small import starts right away, even while one with thousands of products is running.
- Always-fresh Google SheetsPaste the regular sheet link: BulkSync reads the current data, without the delay of "Publish to the web".
- Smarter options and variantsNew options and values on existing products, variants matched by size too, duplicate rows merged with a warning.
- Faster preview, clearer reportsPreviews of large files are instant and every error points to the file row to fix.

Frequently asked questions
How do I install BulkSync?
Enter your store name in the form above and click "Install BulkSync". Shopify asks you to approve the permissions and then opens the app in your admin. The name is the one in your admin address (admin.shopify.com/store/name) or the part before .myshopify.com.
Is the app in English?
Yes. BulkSync follows your Shopify admin language: Italian if your admin is in Italian, English for every other language. Screens, error messages, import reports and scheduled sync statuses are all translated, and support is available in English.
Does my file need a special format?
No. You only need a header row with column names and at least title, SKU, price and a column to group variants. The guide has the rules and three sample files.
What happens to products already in my store?
BulkSync recognizes them by handle and updates them. Variants are matched by SKU, then by option values (e.g. Size 42.5). Images you added by hand and products not in the file are left alone, unless you turn on supplier alignment.
Can I use a Google Sheet?
Yes, from the Starter plan. Share the sheet as "Anyone with the link" and paste the regular link: BulkSync always reads the current data. The "Publish to the web" link works too, but Google only refreshes it every few minutes.
Why does it say "No changes"?
Every product in the file is already up to date in Shopify, so there is nothing to send. If you edited products directly in Shopify and want to overwrite them, tick "Force full sync".
How long does an import take?
The first import is the longest because it creates everything: roughly a few thousand products per hour, depending on variants and images. Later imports only send the differences and are much faster.
Is my data safe?
BulkSync has no access to orders or customer data. Servers are in Frankfurt (EU), FTP passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and your store's data is deleted within 48 hours of uninstalling. Details in the privacy policy.
How do I contact support?
Write to pirinthankanagalingam@gmail.com. If it's about an import, attach the report CSV you can download in the app: it saves a lot of time.
